4. Steps to Apply 1.Log onto my.maricopa.edu to set up an MEID (username) and password. Record your MEID and Student ID number when established (New Dual Enrollment students only) 2.ENG 101 and 102 (Seniors) must complete College Placement Testing 3.Work with HS counselor on class schedule 4.Fill out the Blue Student Information Packet 5.Residency and Citizenship are required 6.Grant Applications due by August 23rd 7.Turn-in to your instructor Blue Packets, & copy of AZ DL/ID, birth certificate or Passport to your high school teacher by August 27th 8.Payment due by September 16th
