Goals of the High Level expert Forum on Mobility: - 2012: at least 15% of the youth population (900.000 participants); - 2015: at least 30% of the youth population (1.800.000 participants) - 2020: at least 50% of the youth population (2.900.000 participants) - Currently: app. 300.000 participants

Barriers to mobility: - Low level of awareness among actors and stakeholders; - Recognition of stays abroad; - Financing

Quality in mobility: - Definition of criteria - Implementation (buy-in of actors and stakeholders)

Pedagogical quality assurance: Pre-departure: - Selection - Preparation - linguistic - cultural - practical - psychological - pedagogical

Pedagogical quality assurance: During stay: - Accompaniment and follow-up of learning processes (monitoring and mentoring)

Pedagogical quality assurance: Upon return: - Evaluation of learning (intended and unintended learning) - Perspectivation (discussion of experiences) - Recognition - Guidance - Reintegration
