2. I NTRODUCTION This web application contains the information about the criminal. It contains all bio-metric details of criminals like finger print, photograph, etc. This web application is useful in crime investigation like identifying criminal,matching figure print etc.

3. C ONT … It also used as Geographical Information System (GIS) to show location of site where crime has occured. Provide information for issuing passport application. It checks whether the applicant has any crime record or not and the search can also be done on fingerprint records.

4. This web application also allows normal person to see records of criminal but can’t having any other types of access. C ONT …

5. W HY THIS PROJECT ? Crime Record System is combination of both biometric (fingerprint) and existing software which is used for maintain crime records. Previous software for crime records management does not have GIS system so we decided to add this feature in the application.

6. F EATURE Maintain crime record: This web application maintains all records of criminal. It also contains information about those person who are related to it. Crime location with GIS system: This web application provides a location or place where crime has occurred.

7. C ONT … Help Crime investigations: This web application helps in complex case solving by the study of old cases. Easy access This web application can access data from every police station, C.B.I, F.S.L Etc bureau for investigations.

8. C ONT... Crime pattern: This web application provides some type of special pattern of crime based on criminal psychology. Easy Search This web application provides easy searching based on finger print, location,pattern etc.

9. C ONT... Crime Area: Giving rating according to crime,so it is useful finding sensitive area. Sorting It also provides sorting based on criminal name, date, criminal pattern etc.

10. C ONT... Passport issuing: Checks whether applicant has any criminal record or not based on finger print comparison. o Providing High security: When user makes any changes in database system it alerts the admin.
