A New Philosophy For the past two years, we have been focused on growing our training presence; by all accounts, this has been tremendously successful For the past two years, we have been focused on growing our training presence; by all accounts, this has been tremendously successful It was never the intention to grow this in the absence of equipment sales – but it seemed like the natural place to start – to create a foundation for a time in the future when we would put more energy back into equipment sales That time is now – we will no longer only judge our success on training, but will begin focusing goals and realizing successes in equipment sales
7
Continued Growth We have seen tremendous growth in our Training Department, which we plan on continuing We have seen tremendous growth in our Training Department, which we plan on continuing –More Aquarium dates –Fort Lauderdale –PA –Salisbury In addition to this growth, the main focus of this year will be on growing our equipment sales presence In addition to this growth, the main focus of this year will be on growing our equipment sales presence

Background Our philosophy is that purchasing equipment is part of the learning process, not ancillary to it The ‘training' process begins the moment students sign up, and ends when they are fully certified and have purchased their gear – our process needs to reflect this We are ALL a part of the training process – DITs, Divemasters, Instructors, Dive Consultants, Management – and now that the training process also includes purchasing gear, we are ALL a part of that, too
9
The Measure of Success We will measure our success as a team –successfully training all of our students –providing an outstanding training product –educating students on the gear purchases they need to make to ensure that they have a top quality dive experience
10
GOALS In 2007, the average student gear sale number was $150 In 2008, we are looking for an average student gear sale number of $300. In 2008, we are looking for an average student gear sale number of $300.
