13. Overview Literacy Standards In PreK-5, the Literacy Standards are embedded in the Content Standards. In grades 6-12, the Literacy Standards are contained in separate documents. Are divided into 4 clusters. Describe increasingly sophisticated behaviors by grade or grade band. Will be measured in the ELA assessments.
