3 VISION The vision of the ASBBTC is the state of the art banking and hands on experience based educational approach that would provide the banking industry in Serbia with an immediate access to innovations and new concepts in the mainstream international financial markets, best banking practices and compliance working hand in hand with both banks locally and foreign capital banks parent companies abroad.

4 MISSION STATEMENT The ASBBTC mission is to offer bankers in Serbia high quality training for apprentices, life long training opportunities for permanent employees together with various thematic one stand discussions and lecturing as the basis for actual high level responses to the everchanging environment.
