3 To be delivered to all new installation staff:  Blower Door Basics and Diagnostics  EPA Certified Renovator Training  Electrical System Safety  Idaho Weatherization Operations Manual Specifications and Techniques

4 To be delivered to all current Auditor/Inspector staff:  EPA Certified Renovator Training  Furnace Diagnostics  IR Camera  Heat Pumps

5 To be delivered to all Weatherization Assistance Program Managers:  Program Staff Incentives  Training Strategies  Renewable Energy  Multiple funds tracking

6  Development of two year training calendar  Identification of current in-state training resources  Incentives for current trainers to provide training to new staff  Development of peer training for new staff  Identification of out of state trainers  Coordination of on site field training sites  Coordination of multiple training sites to alleviate need for staff travel

7  Assessment of ongoing training needs annually  Completion of self-assessment by each agency providing Weatherization Assistance Program services  Ongoing assessment of training needs to ensure program quality

9  Determine production quota (driving force to how much ramp up is required)  Re-assignment of current senior staff to new responsibilities  Purchase of necessary equipment and vehicles to outfit crews  Lease office/ warehouse space in outer counties for satellite offices

10  Hire staff to address increases in applications and agency material inventory  Align HVAC contractors to increased work orders  Hire satellite office manager/ crew foreman, crew members for satellite office locations

11  Crew foreman to shadow current senior staff for 30 – 60 days on operations, audits, inspections, and installation procedures  Crews to shadow current crews for 30 – 60 days to train on installation specifications and techniques
