2 How can teachers find sources to use for the Dig It project? All of the material you have seen so far has been digitised and is available to teachers via Heritage Explorer www.heritageexplorer.org.uk www.heritageexplorer.org.uk - a website aimed directly at teachers and learners There are over 3,500 images so far and they are all completely free to access and copyright cleared for use in schools They can be downloaded, copied onto worksheets, put on the school website or added to a Learning platform Pupils can be sent here to research – it is a safe site There are also ready made resources for teachers including activities for use on interactive whiteboards Richborough Roman Fort Lullingstone Roman Villa
