We found the market for digital inclusion to extend beyond the traditional poverty/older people/lack of skills segments, but to include digital exclusion by choice, an invisible segment who have the necessary skills, but fail to make the connection between everyday activity and digital content. This is a valuable segment with plenty potential for growth. People in this segment have the skills required to access the Internet, but do not make the connection between what they do in their leisure time or daily life and digital content. Examples are: Sports – sports coaching and medicine Arts and culture – digital art/virtual galleries …but in the end
