Housing Department 2 Heritage Square ENA-BRIDGE Housing Staff Recommendation (w/ unanimous agreement from CDC and EDTech): Recommend that City Council: 1) find that the proposed action is exempt from CEQA; and 2) approve key terms and conditions of Exclusive Negotiation Agreement w/ BRIDGE Housing for development of Heritage Square senior affordable housing project at 750-790 N. Fair Oaks
