Growth, 2010-2015 Modest expected pop. growth and rental demand will likely require stepping up rental housing production. Will need roughly 200 more rental homes per year to meet demand—about 40-50 more than created in prior years. Enough owned homes already in planning. Chittenden County ECOS Project
