3 At the origin: UN and EU push UN summits (Rio, Johannesburg) UN and EU push for sustainable development strategies : first French strategy in 2003 Marrakech SCP process: France active member (including leader on a task force) EU push for national GPP action plan (French SPP action plan in 2007) EU tools: European ecolabel, energy label, GPP, ecodesign (international and EU push continue: 10 YFP, resource efficiency, 7 EAP, PEF etc..) but also starting our own approach and tools: NF Environnement GEM-DD (SPP criteria)
