2 State of Michigan Department of Information Technology 2 From Vision to Action 2 Project Scope  Migrating the state’s existing portal and content management system to a newer, more powerful platform that will entail:  Migrate from Vignette V/6 (TCL) to IBM WebSphere Portal Server and IBM/Lotus Web Content Management (ILWCM)  Migrate approximately 125 sites representing 18 State Agencies  Migrate approximately 400,000 content items of which 185,000 are General Content (press releases, news articles, FAQs, links, etc.)  Migrate Civil Service Commission’s eHR content management application to WebSphere Portal
