New Hampshire Curriculum: June 2006, the New Hampshire State Board of Education approved the revised NH Curriculum Frameworks in Science and Social Studies to include the grade level expectations for grades K-8 and grade span expectations for high schools. Curriculum: Ed 306.27(m) identifies 20 credits required for graduation, to include ½ credit of Economics. The revised NH Curriculum Frameworks standard SS:EC:6 specifies that Students will be able to explain the importance of money management, spending credit, saving, and investing in a free market economy. Status Description: Personal Finance Education provided within Social Studies/Economics Content Standards Required for High School
