Dental Screening Program– 3 Hygienists High/Moderate Risk Elementary Schools - screening of selected students and data recording - intensive follow-ups and referrals - take home notice - phone contact/consultation - follow up school screening - provision of preventive services - exam, prophylaxis, sealants, fluorides
