FHSP (Foundation High School Plan) is designed to :  Instill flexibility in public education by enabling students to either pursue a traditional path into colleges and universities or move directly into the workforce  Allow students to earn endorsements related to their desired career field Student in Cohorts 2015, 2016, and 2017 will have the option of graduating staying on the Recommended High School Plans or changing to the new Foundation High School Plans Cohort 2018 (Current 9 th graders) will only graduate on the new Foundation High School Plans
