System to Monitor short and long- term Morbidity to Improve Quality of Care and Patient-Safety for very low birth-weight Infants (EuroNeoStat) Task Force on Major and Chronic Diseases Progress report Comprehensive set of indicators of perinatal morbidity related to very low birth-weight, taking into account ECHI shortlist, PERISTAT, EUROCAT, Cerebral Palsy Register data collection during Pilot Phase (Website under development; indicator list available through project leader)
