2  Water or rarely acqua [source missing] (chemical formula H2O, higher oxidant system name [source missing]) is a chemical compound of hydrogen and oxygen. It is an essential condition for the existence of life on Earth. At normal temperature and pressure it is a colorless, clear liquid odorless and tasteless. In nature it occurs in three states: Solid (snow, ice), a liquid (water) and a gas (water vapor). It is most widely used substance on Earth. It is an essential component of the biosphere and the land along crucial for ensuring human nutrition.

3 a)Hydroelectricity is the production of electricity. It represents a technological unit, transforming the potential energy of water into electricity. Normal water power consists of the dam or sluice, which retains water and the engine turbines and generators to produce electricity. Such a structure is called the Waterworks. b)Distribution of hydropower Hydroelectric power plants are divided into: small hydropower (SHP) (power to 10 MW) hydropower pumped storage power plant tidal power

5 Principle : a) It is composed of some of the communicating vessels or tubes that are filled with liquid. b) These communicating vessels are sealed piston areas of different sizes S1 and S2. If you operate an external compressive force F1 to S1 with a piston in the vessel is increased pressure in the liquid is spread equally in all directions, thus the piston with an S2. Due to the pressure inside the container, the liquid begins to lift the piston with an S2, so fluid acts on the piston with a force F2 S2 and extends it.

7  If the fluid pressure applied external force, the pressure at each point of the liquid will rise by the same amount. Pascal's Law Blaise Pascal : (* June 19, 1623, Clermont- Ferrand - † August 19, 1662, Paris) was a French religious philosopher, mathematician, physicist, novelist. Initiator of Christian existentialism. According to Pascal's man, the ultimate being in the middle of the endless and nothing itself part of the universe, can not understand the indissoluble connection of all things, a whole universe, is getting to know the final recognition of the infinite, in which can only believe and feel it, but not already know.
