WORKSHOP OBJECTIVES Identify intent and purpose for having architectural/controls on municipal buildings. Provide information and equip council to make informed decisions about: - the kind of architectural controls to consider - visual (color, composition, materials…) - non-visual (material cost, energy consumption…) - the implications of these controls
