7. What previous travelers have said about this tour… A Great Decision My daughter went on the EF tour to Spain, France, and Italy last summer when she was fourteen. It was a great educational experience and helped with the transition from middle to high school. The trip was fabulous for her! She was able to apply the Spanish she learned in class to real life situations. My daughter returned home more mature and serious about her studies, making straight A's her freshman year. I was very impressed with the organization of the program. I was told the cost upfront and allowed to make monthly payments. Several months after the trip, I even received a refund from EF Tours because the actual cost of the flight was lower than the price originally quoted. I felt confident about sending my daughter because the tour was well chaperoned and organized, coordinating with local guides in each region. We are even planning an upcoming trip to Europe so that my daughter can show me around. It's encouraging to be able to communicate with different people and opens your mind to how you treat everyone. It's also surreal to see certain landmarks like the Coliseum which have lasted for hundreds and hundreds of years. It gives you a new appreciation for architecture. Everything is beautiful and will make you feel a part of something big. Adree / Student traveler Wonderful Wanderings I have been back from our 2014 tour for about two weeks now, and the glow of the experience has yet to wear off. We had an excellent experience touring the three countries we were privileged to visit. The transportation was excellent both the flight over and all but one bus we used for getting from one country to another. While there was a lot of walking, our tour director was patient with the older adults who could not keep up as well. (This trip had a larger number of adults than any student trip I have led previously.) The food we were served at each restaurant was high quality for student meals, and I appreciated the effort made by the vendors to provide such delicious meals for a vegetarian, no less!
