1 Microsoft Outlook Webmail #1: How to use Folders, Calendar, and Contacts 1)Right-click on your name here. Select “Create new folder.” Create “Need to Reply” and “IEI Important Information” folders. Highlight one email and left-click on next to “Add or move to folder” icon. Move a few messages to each of the folders that you’ve just created. 2)Open Calendar. Click on “November 6th, 2009.” Double click on “12 PM.” Type “xxxxxx deadline” in the subject line. Click on “Save and close.” 3)Click on Mail. Find my name (Ushigusa). Double click on the name, and open my email. Right click on my name. Choose “Add to contacts.” Click on “Save and close.” 4)Open Contacts. Check “People” under “Contacts.” Left- click on my name (Ushigusa) once. Click on New Message. Write “webmail homework” in the subject line and send a blank message to me.

3 Homework Add E-mail SIGNATURE to your email. 1)Open BSU webmail. 2)Click on Options (upper right corner). 3)Type the following: Your name Student in Biology Ball State University 765 (219) 2204 (Optional) 4)Check the box “Automatically include my signature on outgoing messages” 5)Click on “Save.” 6)Email a blank message with your signature to sushigusa@bsu.edu to show that you successfully completed the in-class assignment. sushigusa@bsu.edu
