The digestive system by eating healthy you can help stay in shape. If you eat junk food like soda and candy you might not be able to go as fast. Some foods that you should look for is apples or salad not junk like pizza.

Circulatory system The cardiovascular system as it is also known starts to pump blood faster throughout your body as you run. When you run to catch up to the ball your heart picks up speed and pumps blood faster through your body then if you were walking. The heart would also pick up speed if you started breathing faster.

Immune system a good workout focuses your attention on deep breathing, proper posture and smooth motion. Even a brief workout gives your body a break from the bad habits fueled by the rigors of a daily routine. Stretching and getting your muscles moving helps blood circulation. When you combine that with strong breathing exercises, your blood move more smoothly, delivering better blood throughout your body.

Excretory system In addition, regular exercise is linked to a reduced tendency toward cholesterol plaque build-up along the arteries. As a result, over the long run, a person who exercises regularly can expect a healthier circulatory system, which engenders a healthier excretory system.

Nervous system regular physical exercise improves the higher brain functions like self-control, organization and planning. It could also help with reduced emotional stress improved mental health and better pain tolerance
