กรมควบคุมมลพิษ กระทรวงทรัพยากรธรรมชาติและสิ่งแวดล้อม Types of e-Waste in Thai higher education institutions This research was how can manage e-Waste by following ICT 2020 policy in strategy number 7.2 and the 3th strategic thrusts of ASEAN ICT Masterplan 2015 was innovation aims to develop a creative, innovative and green ICT sector f or encouraging people to be aware of every Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) steps and following the Environmental Management System (EMS) standard of ICT EcoDesign as 5Rs in every ICT product’s cycle; Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, Repair and Refurbish, and corresponded to ISO 14000 environmental systems in all ICT equipments in Thai higher education institutions. RESEARCH METHODOLOGY Refers to e-Waste management operators in Thai higher education institutions of the Office of the Higher Education Commission (OHEC) - the Ministry of Education Population Sampling Implementation Research Refers to e-Waste management operators in Thai higher education institutions by using “Multi-Stage Sampling” in Thai higher education institutions of the Office of the Higher Education Commission (OHEC) - the Ministry of Education. The data will be gathered from 400 persons have an experience more than 3 years on e-Waste management in Thai higher education institutions Index of Congruence (IOC) of the Confirmatory Factors Analysis of e-Waste Management Model with Green ICT questionnaires Questionnaire of the Confirmatory Factors Analysis of e-Waste Management Model with Green ICT Analyses data of e- Waste Management Model with Green ICT by using Confirmatory Factors Analysis
