This is our first priority. These were already in place due to parking issues on campus Teleconferencing more meetings between us and Kansas City shuttles from train stations to office Reviewing Car Allowance Amounts Recognizing employees who have done something good by giving away gas cards. Question the need for some travel - is it really necessary? pre-paid gas cards for raffles offering flexible scheduling options (10 or 12 hour shifts) offer monetary incentives to those who travel for the job More promotion of the TRP Program Mid 2005 we modified our transportation subsidy program due to increasing costs for commuting to the city (Baltimore, Washington). Increased the monthly subsidy from $50. to $100. Negotiated lower monthly parking rates. Continue to explore other options
