Weather vs Climate? Weather: Atmospheric conditions (temperature, rainfall, etc…) at a specific point in time (weather can change at any time). Climate: Atmospheric conditions (temperature, rainfall, etc…) of a region over a long period of time (over the period of a year or longer).

Zones of Latitude -A region’s latitude (distance from the equator) has a direct impact on its climate (closer to the equator = warmer / further from the equator = colder) ….usually!
