Purpose Provide information on the upcoming permanent rulemaking schedule. Highlight areas of the program to be discussed. Encourage participation by stakeholders at one or more of the several venues in June and July. 2

PV Systems Application Process 6 RETC PV applications will use the PowerClerk online application platform Projects applying for Energy Trust incentives will no longer need data entry into a separate application Final tax credit documentation will be emailed to participant Electronic signatures will be accepted eliminating the need to print, sign, upload or mail an application PowerClerk will be released in September, 2014 for testing and required for applications submitted after 6/1/15
