Clothing Link Spanish clothiers stitched together rather sober designs making use of the period's heavy fabrics. They then decorated their work with gold and silver thread, bejeweling the fabric with pearls and other gems, an influence left behind by the Moors. Return to Exhibit Clothing

Games Link Soccer in Spain is similar to religion. They express their devotion to the Spanish beloved sport. While at one point the essential Sunday activity was going to church in the morning, now it is watching the Sunday night fixtures. Return to Exhibit Games

Food Link Originating in Valencia, paella is a rice dish prepared with seafood. Of all the foods in Spain, this is the most popular. In this dish, savory yellow rice is combined with tomatoes, onions, peas, shellfish, squid, clams and chicken drumsticks.
