Generates Adrenalin and Cortisol production. Generates 0 – little Adrenalin and Cortisol. The adrenalin attacks your body's systems, and the Cortisol causes weight gain. Causing you to Diet or Exercise harder to achieve your goal. You are not creating war on your body, enabling you to have faster results with less effort.

3 The same effect is produced from our emotions and lifestyle. High stress, rushing lifestyle, frequent display of high emotions, and energy drinks, and not enough rest. More relaxed pace lifestyle, emotional self control, no energy drinks, and adequate rest. Generates Adrenalin and Cortisol production. Generates 0 – little Adrenalin and Cortisol. Adrenalin and Cortisol attacks your body's systems. You are not creating war on your body, enabling you to have faster results with less effort.

4 The Vicious Cycle.

5 A hormone or enzyme is produced to do a job. It reacts with the body. This reaction then causes another gland to react and produce a hormone or enzyme to bring the body back to a normal state. It reacts with the body. This cycle is continuous. Reactions are continuous. Human Gland System There are glands throughout our body. Each gland produces a specific hormone or enzyme for a specific job. What happens when a gland gets turned ON, and unable to be turned OFF.

6 High Normal Low Feel Good. Feel Drained. Out of control, or Adrenalized. Normal Adrenaline use was intended as a defense mechanism. To deal with a situation. Fight or Flight. It spikes then returns to normal. High Adrenaline output is fueled from strong emotions such as anger/frustration, or stimulants like energy drinks and diet supplements. It pushes your Adrenal gland to the point of exhaustion. Then you crash.

Exercise and Diet promotes Adrenaline. Medication used to treat medical conditions treat the symptom. Not a cure. Side effects from medication also cause.
