About Us Brandon Mayes Brandon is the Quality Assurance Manager at Long Trail Brewing Company and works closely with Otter Creek on their quality programs. He has a Bachelor’s from York College of PA and joined Long Trail in 2006. Tosha Pope Tosha joined Otter Creek in 2013 as the QA manager. She has a Bachelor’s Degree from Castleton State College. Tosha is HACCP Certified, an SQF Practitioner, and has an expensive food science background. Marc de Labry Marc has a Bachelor’s Degree from North Carolina, Wilmington and joined Otter Creek Brewing in 2014 as a Quality Assurance Technician. He performs routine microbiology and wastewater duties. Sam Limeburner Sam was working in Otter Creek’s visitor center and was promoted to Quality Assurance technician in 2015. He performs routine microbiology and wastewater duties. Joe Burt Joe joined Otter Creek and Long Trail Brewing in 2014 as a Metrology Technician. He has a Bachelor of Science in Wildlife Biology from the University of Vermont. He is training to become BJCP certified and has been an avid homebrewer for 6 years.
