10/4/2015 Relationship with Industry “It is my duty to remind you that the American College of Cardiology (ACC) maintains official policies on relationships of members with industry with respect to participation in all meetings of ACC Committees or Task Forces. I have a copy of your current statement from the College file. If your statement contained a Disclosure Form identifying an industry relationship as defined by ACC, and this Committee/Task Force takes under consideration today a matter where that relationship would apply, you should absent yourself and not participate in the discussion for its duration.”

Add BOG members on ACC committees 3 Formalize a committee reporting structure - Implement a Bidirectional Communication Policy from BOG representative to the BOG. 4. Governors and Chapter Executives working together to strengthen all chapters. ACC Branding continuity “No Chapter Left Behind” Distribution of Chapter Best practices manual and develop baseline standards for ACC Chapters, Consideration of a possible pooling of chapter funds for events that benefit all chapters
