About Mary Pat O'Rourke Mary Pat has been involved in healing arts for thirty-six years. In that time she has conducted and assisted at many different body-mind workshops throughout the world. After extensive training in Canada and the U.S., and studying with both Dr. Madan Kataria, from India and Sebastian Gendry, the head of the American School of Laughter Yoga, Mary Pat is now offering workshops that she feels really gives you the tools necessary to enhance your life permanently.

What is Laughter Yoga? "Laughter Yoga is non-political, non religious, non-racial, non- threatening, non-competitive. It comes with no strings attached. There are no jokes or comedy, therefore there is no judging. No mind = no ego, no room for conflict or power struggle. Laughter is a universal language that transcends all barriers: language, age, gender, social or racial background. It improves inter-personal relationships and enhances communication. It interrupts the power struggle and breaks down the instinctive barriers between people. At a deeper level it proves that pain can be overcome and also that we can all live at peace together no matter what. The mini workshop will last about 1 hour. Create a healthier and happier life by learning the simple art of laughter yoga. 2 Day Certified Laughter Yoga Leader Training Mary Pat, a certified laughter yoga teacher, offers a two day laughter yoga workshop. Her two day workshop gives you the knowledge and training necessary to become a certified laughter yoga leader.
