2. B ERNOULLI ’ S P RINCIPLE The faster a fluid moves the less pressure the fluid exerts As the speed of the moving fluid increases the pressure within the fluid decreases. How does Bernoulli’s Principle explain the behavior of the paper from the activity? Because the air above the paper moves and the air below the paper does not- moving air exerts less pressure then still air - Resulting in the still air exerting more pressure at the bottom of the paper-pushing it up.
