Executed on October 22, 2010 Formally designates the American Red Cross and FEMA as co-leads for mass care component of ESF-6, including: Feeding Sheltering Distribution Family Reunification

Agreement Goals Enhance coordination, pool expertise and ensure the best possible support to states, territories and tribal nations to build Mass Care response capability. Strengthen response capacity by developing a National Mass Care Strategy through a broad-based collaboration between government, the non-profit and faith-based community, National VOAD and the private sector. Enhance collaboration between voluntary organizations and their government response partners.
