3M Finance Leadership Program Provide undergraduates broad finance experience at accelerated rate A 24 to 36 month program consisting of 2 to 3 rotations, ranging from 10 to 12 months each Program begins July of each year, training first two weeks Regular performance evaluations during each assignment After program graduation, increased responsibilities within the Finance organization
