Harmony Achiever Responsibility Competition Belief TOP 5 STRENGTHS

Harmony Harmony resonates well as a strength of mine simply because I dislike disunion between individuals. Harmony is an exceptional strength because it promotes peace and in a peaceful work environment, work can be done efficiently, relationships can be built and goals can be met quicker. I feel as though harmony describes me well because I enjoy knowing that people are getting along and enjoying their work.

Achiever/ Competiton Every since I was young I've always had a passion and motive to be better, work harder and achieve more. I guess you could say that was always my competitive spirit coming through. Competition, although not a blatantly obvious strength of mine, has been a force that motivates me to win or to be better than the next person. I grew up playing sports and was surrounded by siblings who also played sports and always had that competitive aspect in my life that carved the path for me to achieve success whether that was academically or physically.

Responsibility "The state or fact of being accountable or to blame for something". I would definitely have to say that my parents are the ones who instilled responsibility into me. They always made it apparent in my home that I was solely responsible for my actions and how I influence others. Responsibility encompasses my will to do what is right in the eyes of God, and stay grounded on my morals so that I am a good role model and leader to others.

“ ” My faith is the most important thing in my life and has molded me to be the individual that I am today. I am fortunate to have grown up in a Christian home and have had parents who instilled the fear of God in my life. My goal in life is to use the talents given to me by God to help others and show them the love God has for them. Belief

Practicing Strengths in Life In high school, whenever we would prepare for a volleyball game I always implement my strengths throughout the game. First and foremost, we would use our implement our faith and pray as a team to have a winning game with no injuries. Thanks to my competitive spirit, I always aimed to win and I knew that we all had a responsibility to play our positions effectively and to the best of our ability in order to beat our opponents. Lastly, it was always important that we played as a team and in unison even though we all played different roles during the game. In order for us to have our heads in the game, we had to play smart and work in harmony to get a win. It never really occurred to me how much my strengths come into play in all of the details of my life, but it is becoming ever apparent how important they are and how they shape who I am as an individual.
