10. Step 2: develop procedures to implement policy –Engage stakeholder’s on policies that affect them –Ensure stakeholder’s are aware of the policies –Ensures resources are available through corporate budgeting system –Ensure resources are provided for training staff and key stakeholders

11. Step 3: Plan & implement CD programs –Partner with local communities –Partner with key stakeholders such as OTML departments, management, contractors and NGOs i.e. OTDF –Develop indicators and gather data –Keep records of activities
