PERSPECTIVES AND MAIN ELEMENTS OF FUTURE PROGRAMMING PERIOD - no single dominating regional development problem but large variety of problem situations - territorial cooperation across borders - innovation and technology orientation as a dominant priority - not only high-tech - Structural Funds one of several measures
