Non-state actors and Local Authorities in Development Objective 3 - concerns support for actions to achieve more efficient cooperation, foster synergies and facilitate a structured dialogue on development between civil society networks and LA associations of the EU, both within their organisations and with NSAs and European Union institutions.

Objectives Overall: Contribute to poverty reduction through the promotion and achievement of the MDGs at local, national, European and global level Specific: Strenghten the cooperation between Bonn and partner municipalities in Europe as well as their LA networks and platforms and foster synergies as well as facilitate a structured dialogue on development between civil society networks and LA associations of the EU

Some critical issues discussed with the evaluator: Slight revision of objectives Avoid duplication (R-1 and R-3) More clarity on results of conferences and seminars

General remarks on ROM An important exercise with a neutral view from outside Could be an instrument to adjust the project (not too late) Mainly positive feedback (motivation) without excluding the critical aspects Cooperative approach vs order/instruction
