In this part of Canada, we can sell things to the USA and most of the population of Canada. 2) Access to Natural Resources: Most of what we need to make things comes from Ontario and Quebec 3) Labour Supply: Ontario and Quebec have lots of people who have the training needed to make things 4) Transportation: Once things are made, they can be easily moved by boat through the Great Lakes and St. Lawrence Seaway, by planes through airports, and by trucks and trains on the ground.
