Digital Data exchange is only tip of iceberg of much bigger Business transformation
A lot more guidance will be required
And as compliance questions will not go away yes, also a Global Interoperability Framework
Supported by a mixture of joint developments, trials/demos, specifications, and … common architecturing
In all cases its hard (and mostly fun) work ;-)
