Top management sharing of future Expectations. Involvement of Ground level team members for finding concern areas and taking action for improvements. Action Plan (Sep to Nov’08)

7 HUNCHHUNCH Weekly review with core team members by Rajput sir for discussing constraints in KAIZEN implementation and providing necessary support. Dedicated Teams to be formed for close looping all concern areas responsible for Safety, House Keeping and Dust prevention. Establishing ownership of core team for everyone’s involvement and providing support for making Systems based culture and not person. Top priority for Productivity and Quality Areas. Action Plan Sep to Nov’08

8 HUNCHHUNCH Total 91 KAIZENS Implemented. 42 ideas generation during brain storming session. Cross functional team building and increased participation. Utilization of Internal resources leads to Team Building & Cost saving. Total cost saving of 6.4 lacs has been achieved. Outcome Sep to Nov’08
