6. What I should have done differently:  Start on all monitored sections, instead of one at a time  Follow up with delegated “assignments” more often

7. Notifications of findings  Reviewer posts that the item does not meet requirements  The reviewer explains what must occur to clear the item  45 day timeline (calendar days)  Extension of 180 days can be requested

How we are clearing those two items:  Both items involve the School Site Council updating their SPSA to show the SSC knew of additional funding  One item also includes bringing the updates SPSA to the Board of Trustees for approval  We will be requesting an extension of the due date to the fall  New SSC members chosen (September)  Updated SPSA approved at SSC meeting (October)  Updated SPSA approved at Board of Trustees meeting (December)
