1 Control your feelings Mental Health Review Your Instructor: Dr. Paul Bahna

2 How are you feeling today? Look at those faces on the screen and match each with The right feeling.. This is how we look when we express our emotions

3 Worry or not to worry? Little worry is good but too much worry is not good and makes us stuck and even sick

4 Bullying Bullying is when a person is picked on repeatedly by another person or group. They could do this to hurt you physically.

5 What to do when you are sad 1) Find out what the problem is. 2) Find out if you can do anything to solve it. 3) If you don’t know what to do, ask somebody to help you.

6 Tools to use If somebody made you angry, count to 20 before you respond, or leave the room, but never hit that person. You also can pray about it, forgive that person, share with a good friend, practice your hobbies, and work on getting things better or fixed.
