2006-01-13UN/CEFACT TMG Closing Plenary ● Sydney, Australia6 Website Current state Jens did most of the development Still missing important content Future Direction Jim proposed an alternative that he claims would be significantly easier to maintain in the long-term (based on work with CIDX and two other organizations) Jim and Jens will evaluate options, make a decision, and act accordingly. The rest of the TMG will support whatever direction Jim and Jens take. Critical ongoing issue: Content!

2006-01-13UN/CEFACT TMG Closing Plenary ● Sydney, Australia7 OMG Relationship The TMG values opportunities to collaborate with the OMG. The TMG designated Anders W. Tell to represent the TMG in strengthening the relationship as described in his email to Gunther dated 2006-01-04.

2006-01-13UN/CEFACT TMG Closing Plenary ● Sydney, Australia8 BPSS Future The TMG would like Karlson Hsia to represent the TMG in working with the OASIS ebBP leadership to reconcile the two specifications. The work should substantially be completed by 17 March (end of Vancouver meeting) A joint CEFACT-OASIS submission will be made to ISO The TMG supports an approach whereby the ebBP spec is the starting spec to which changes are made to support missing required features supported by the BPSS. Christian will contact Dale/Monica to discuss this topic after confirming that Karlson will represent the TMG

Interested parties should prepare a project proposal and submit it to the TMG in accordance with the ODP. Additionally, interested parties should be prepared to join the TMG to execute the project.

Interested parties should prepare a project proposal and submit it to the TMG in accordance with the ODP. Additionally, interested parties should be prepared to join the TMG to execute the project.

2006-01-13UN/CEFACT TMG Closing Plenary ● Sydney, Australia12 Context-Driver Principles Project Jens will create a project proposal by 2006-01- 26 CCWG will lead the project and will coordinate with TBG14. CCWG will keep BPWG and EBAWG informed of their progress in order to support participation by those groups at the right time.

Generally a failure – will need tool specific guidelines in a user guide Remaining work to be done Issue with representation term needs to be resolved Complete library guidelines and example model – 1 week Add OCL versions of natural language constraints – 2 weeks

2006-01-13UN/CEFACT TMG Closing Plenary ● Sydney, Australia16 Foundation & Base Module No official comments received during the extended comment period on the first draft Some users provided suggestions and had questions that will be considered for the second working draft No time to act on these suggestions/questions Suggestions/Questions will be worked on until the release of the second working draft Second working draft will be released by mid February at the latest (comment period will end before March 2006 Vancouver Forum Meeting)
