8 UNINETT related activities- eCampus New program financed by KD; 70 MNkr 2011-2015 Objective: to support education and research, to build communities working together without the limits of time, distance and geography. The aim of eCampus is to facilitate learning, teaching and research by providing simple user friendly ICT tools for education and research identify and provide ICT tools for research making it easy to access digital learning resources nationally The work on best practice, deployment and use is focused in three areas Lecture recording: auditorium setup, lecture capture, media management, distribution (podcast, mobile etc) Distance collaboration: web meetings, video conferences, social media Mobile solutions: reaching out to the devices in students’ pockets
