3. DESIGN WORKSHOP GENT LIFELONG LIVING, HOUSING AND SUSTAINABILITY MAIN CONCEPT: plan of the building is divided into 3 parts 4x4m the central part is designed as a stable core; it contains a staircase and spaces that require installations like kitchen or bathroom THE CORE

DESIGN WORKSHOP GENT LIFELONG LIVING, HOUSING AND SUSTAINABILITY FLEXIBILITY: at the beginning the house can have only 1 level it can be easily extended by adding upper floors there are no load-bearing walls; steel frames are the only construction of the building and can be added if necessary STEEL FRAMES
