Facilities Engineer Advisory Council FEAC 14 January 2003 COSAC Update Charter PURPOSE- The Facility Engineer Advisory Council (FEAC) advises the Chief, Installations Division of the National Guard Bureau (NGB) on pertinent installation management issues that effect the 50 states, 3 territories, and the District of Columbia in accomplishing the facilities mission. OBJECTIVE- To focus assets and time to identify the most important problems and then concentrate our resources to solving those issues first.
3
Facilities Engineer Advisory Council FEAC 14 January 2003 COSAC Update Charter RESPONSIBILITIES- Each FEAC Area representative raises issues of state and national importance which cannot be solved at the local level. Issues are developed by Area FEAC members and raised to the National FEAC. Issues brought to the National FEAC will be discussed by the members to determine if they merit resolution as a national issue. If an issue can be solved by education or training, this is normally done through information papers from the NGB proponent.
