Functions and Lodging (group activity ) Each lodging business is unique, yet each one has to perform the same function. In pairs, choose one of the functions in the lodging industry, get a book, look in the appropriate chapter, skim the chapter and write down 10 interesting facts you learned about that function. Share your information with the class. Be sure to include something that may be useful to the class and that may be on your technical skills assessment.
