1) Click new project

2) Name the project: Begin your project name with a final due date. 3) Enter contact information on line 2. Include name and phone number. 4) Invite others: Always include Shelly Martins, Charles Short (and your advisor if in Student Involvement). 5) Click Start the project.

6) Add a Discussion: Click on Discussion. Subject = Kick-Off Body = DUE DATE: PROOF DEADLINE: CONTACT PERSON: PHONE NUMBER: DEPARTMENT: EMAIL: PROJECT NAME: EVENT DATE: EVENT TIME: EVENT LOCATION: EVENT SUMMARY: ELEMENTS TO INCLUDE: Copy the above and paste in the Body of the discussion. Fill in the answers. Attach files is needed. 7) Select all and post this message.

8) Add To-Do Lists for each Action Item Name the To-Do with the element needed. Add Proof 1 to-do and assign the proof date. Add Final to-do and assign the final date. (Graphics will assign the task to a designer).
