Where? Statewide with primary focus on severe weather event in DEMHS Region 5 *DEMHS Regions 1-4 in a support role to Region 5

The exercise has been made a grant deliverable (one less thing to have to do!) Good communications are critical. Getting together to address issues now (who is responsible for what) will help to spread the workload, and save time and energy when a serious incident occurs State EOC and Simulation Cell active both days Situational updates to be provided leading up to the exercise
